Novel high-throughput peptide-chip autoantibody tests for female infertility diagnostics – endometriosis and premature ovarian failure

This sub-project has two objectives:
1) to identify the set of disease-specific autoantigens and -antibodies in endometriosis and autoimmune-POF and
2) to evaluate the importance of autoantibodies identified in non-invasive blood-based clinical diagnostics. The latter will be achieved by execution of the prospective studies to validate biomarkers that have diagnostic value to identify endometriosis and POF. The main goal is to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the developed autoantibody-biomarkers.
